Voices from the underground – Der Newcomerwettbewerb

Was im Jahre 2007 als Idee begann, hat sich mittlerweile zu einem erfolgreichen Konzept entwickelt.
Die monatlichen „Free Music Charts“ auf Darkerradio sind seitdem ein Sammelbecken freier Musik von etablierten Acts, aber vor allem auch Newcomern. Zeit für den nächsten Schritt.

„Voices from the underground“ hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die besten 15 Newcomer auf einem freien digitalen Sampler zu vereinen. Speziell zu diesem Sampler werden die ausgewählten Bands auf  www.darkerradio.com vorgestellt.

Es wird ebenfalls ein Special zum Sampler geben, das dann anschließend als Podcast um die Welt geht.

Eine kompetente Jury wird die besten 15 Bands ermitteln.

Hier die Teilnahmebedingungen:
– Euer Musikstil sollte sich in die Sparten Gothic, EBM, Electro, Synthpop, Darkwave, Industrial, Indie, Rock, Alternative, Emo, Punk oder Metal einordnen lassen.
– Eure Musik sollte mindestens unter einer Creative Commons Lizenz zugänglich sein.

Voices from the Underground

“Voices from the Underground” started its way in 2007 and has now grown into a successful concept.
The monthly “Free Music Charts” on Darkerradio has developed into a reservoir of free music by well established acts but primarily by newcomers.  Now the time for the next step has come.

“Voices from the Underground” is going to be a free digital compilation to feature best 15 newcomer bands. The selected acts will be introduced at www.darkerradio.com .
There will be a radio show about the compilation that will be available as podcast around the world.

A competent jury will select the top 15 bands.

Here are the conditions of participation:
– The style of music has to be: Gothic, EBM, Electro, Synthpop, Darkwave, Industrial, Indie, Rock, Alternative, Emo, Punk or Metal.
– Your music should be available under a Creative Commons license at least. No problem for you? Then show us your talent and upload your song as an MP3 file up to 31/05/2010 here: http://soundcloud.com/darkerradio/dropbox/
